If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 12 months of purchase.

answer 2. What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
question The cost of standard shipping is NZ$7.50 for order with a total value of NZ$50 or less, order over a total value or NZ$50 will have a freight charge or NZ$10.00

answer 3. How long will it be before I receive my order?
question 99.5% of all order received before 3:30pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery, you should receive your order within 1 business day,  (south island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive). Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

answer 4. Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?
question Currently we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. For Australian orders please visit http://www.torpedo7.com.au

answer 5. Do you do back orders?
question Torpedo7 does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

answer 6. Do you have a catalogue?
question Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalogue. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalogue.

answer 7. Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?
question Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, but if your order is over $1000.00 it has to be shipped to a Residential or Business address.

answer 8. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

question At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
