Was so impressed with first set purchased, bought anothe 2. Am 184cm and 80kg with skinny legs, the XL Size fit very nicely. As others have mentioned; choose 1 size larger than your standard size.
As for thermal the thermal quality; I believe it's very good, far better than anything from major department stores.

At 179cm and 65kg I got a medium set. The length is perfect on the top and bottom, with the pants being tight, but not uncomfortably so. The shirt fits well, and I'm actually finding the slightly baggy upper arm helps with movement and overheating when running. Interestingly, the charcoal shirt I bought separately from the black sets is both looser and stretchier. A bargain at the regular price, watch out for them on sale.

I'm 180cm tall and 72Kg. Most people would describe me as "skinny".

Got a set of large and it's not quite as bad as a blood-pressure cuff, but the arms and legs are uncomfortably tight. Those will have to be given away or returned.

Got a couple of sets of XL and they seem like a very nice fit.

The waistband on the trousers comes up nice and high, so "builder's bum" shouldn't be a problem. That will make these my "go to" bottoms for now.

Can't yet comment on durability, but I'll post an update if they self-destruct anytime soon.

I'll probably buy 1-2 more on sale, but even at "full price" it seems like a good deal. Local retailers charge $60-80 for similar tops OR bottoms. Getting this set on sale is crazy cheap, but ignore the sizing chart and don't bother with these if you've got any extra padding.

I bought these on sale for $24.95 for the set. Top and bottoms fit perfectly. I have only used the top so far it works very well. Would definitely recommend.

Apart from taking 11 days to get them, I am very pleased with them. (Yes okay it was holidays but...) They kept me as warm as toast on a windy night ride. I bought a size up from what I usually get and they fit me perfecto! Got them on special too. Get black if you can, for grease from your chain doesn't look good on grey!

I love these thermals. On the mountain at zero degrees I only needed the thermal and my jacket. Kept me warm and dry and breathes really well. Also jogging in the rain in winter with just the thermal under my t-shirt kept me warm without overheating. Buy them when they're on special. You'll be happy!
