Good solid heavy but with lots of drag. Maybe that means that the seals will work well. They may also free up a little over time.

I bought these mainly so I had the choice of riding without cleats from time to time. But the cleats themselves are great, and having a wide pedal gives great stability and power transfer. Awesome product. Nice packaging too.

Flash pedals  JonathanFry, Hillcrest -Auckland
The pedals look well constructed and they can be serviced easily. They also provide suport where it is needed. Might not be comfortable with ordinary shoes.
