Instructions For Use:
Before: Start drinking GU Electrolyte Brew before starting your workout, to maximize hydration levels. GU recommends 16-24 oz. of GU Electrolyte Brew consumed about an hour before exercise. During: Duringexercise, consume 20-30 oz. of GU Electrolyte Brew per hour. After: After finishing your workout continue hydrating with GU Electrolyte Brew, but supplement this with 16-32 oz. of GU Recovery Brew to help your body replenish what was lost during exercise.
Note: Because GU Electrolyte Brew contains mostly complex carbohydrates instead of tons of sugar, it does not mix well in icy cold water. Use a little warm or room temperature water to mix it and then top it off with cold water.
