The Streamline E850P's extensive computer training options allows you to take on new challenges every time. You can select from 12 different preset programs, 1 user program, 1 watt program, 1 manual program and a Heart Rate Control program.
Automatic Heart Rate Monitoring:
Enter your age, height & weight then select 55%, 75% or 90% target heart rate and the E850P Crosstrainer will automatically adjust the crosstrainers resistance levels to keep your heart rate within the your pre-selected zone.
Recovery Mode Feature:
Now you can measure your fitness level at the end of each workout by using the "Recovery" button! It only takes 1 minute to process. Designed to motivate your workouts!!
