Sizing Chart:

• The lesser Thigh and Ankle measurement is the minimum circumference taken with the warmer laid flat and unstretched. The greater Thigh and Ankle measurement is the circumference with the warmer stretched.
• To measure your Ankle, find the most narrow part of your leg above your ankle and measure the circumference at this point.
• To measure your Thigh, measure the circumference of your thigh roughly halfway between the centre of your knee-cap and your crotch.
