Cook foods such as roasts, whole chicken or turkeys, chops, chicken pieces, fish, seafood, ribs, or any of your favourite cuts of meat while outdoors! 

This Outdoor Convection Cooker uses three cooking processes simultaneously – convection, steam and smoke - so you can cook a yummy meal even when you’re not near a proper kitchen!  Charcoal is placed and heated around the outside of the cooker, providing indirect heat which creates a constant convection current that circulates within the cooking cylinder, cooking your meat quickly and evenly. 

Since the charcoal heat is on the outside of the cooker (100% indirect heat), this prevents any carcinogens from affecting your food which can come from direct charcoal heat.

This cooker has a 100% stainless steel construction with charcoal rings in the top and the bottom.  

To use:

  • Put your meat in the cooker using the racks, rib hangers or poultry post, depending on the cut of meat
  • Put on the lid
  • Place approximately 6-7 kg of charcoal briquettes in both the top and bottom rings for larger cuts of meat, less for smaller cuts
  • Wood chips can be added underneath the cooking chamber if you want a smokey flavour
  • Light the charcoal in both the upper and lower charcoal rings 
  • Wait till specified cooking time is up before removing lid (if lid is removed the convection current is lost and the cooking time will increase)
