Heading out for a days fishing on a boat is often the result of a lot of planning and money. The last thing you want is to get out there and realise you’ve forgotten something. Often these are small things that you can get by without, such as a pair of pliers or a couple of towels but sometimes there can be more serious consequences to forgetting gear.
The following is a checklist that you can use shortly before heading off to the boat ramp. Click on this FISHING CHECKLIST for a copy that you can print out and perhaps get laminated. You can keep this on board your boat to ensure you never arrive at your favourite fishing destination without all the gear you need.
