Home Use Warranty
Frame Warranty: 5 - 10 years (Please see product detail for specific warranty)
Motor: 3 - 5 years (Please see product detail for specific warranty period)
Parts/Labour: 1 Year
The Home Use warranty covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Refer to the Technical Specification of each product for specific warranty periods.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, improper use, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear. Warranties are void if products are used outside (unless otherwise specified in product description).
The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Home Use warranty covers products being used in a home environment (single dwelling) with a use of maximum to 2 hours per day.
Semi Commercial Product Warranty
Frame Warranty: 5 - 10 years

The Semi Commercial Product Warranty covers any Fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process.?Refer to the Technical Specification of each product for specific warranty periods.
The warranty does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, improper use, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear. Warranties are void if products are used outside and if they are used in a commercial environment i.e. Gym.
Warranty is return to base unless otherwise specified. If a repair is required on site a callout fee will apply.
Products must be returned to a Tordedo7 Store or arranged with the Torpedo7 customer service at the buyer's expense. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Semi Commercial Product Warranty is defined as: a maximum of 6 hours per day and a semi commercial environment is defined as a PT studio, School or work place gyms.

The Horizon home use warranty covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, improper use, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear. Warranties are void if products are used outside or if they are used in a commercial environment i.e. Gym, PT Studio etc
Warranty is return to base unless otherwise specified.
Products must be returned to a Tordedo7 Store or arranged with the Torpedo7 customer service at the buyer's expense.
The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Electrical Parts includes incline motor, upper control board (console set, PCB, HR board), lower control board MCB, incline power board, inverter), generator, cables.
Drive sets - Front/Rear Roller Running deck, Pulleys.
Wearing Parts:
Running Belt, Drive Belt, Pulleys, Keypads and Overlays, Foam Grips, Decals and Seat pads/Upholstery

Heavy Commercial Product Warranty:
The Matrix Commercial warranty covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, improper use, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear.
Warranty is return to base unless otherwise specified. Products must be returned to a Tordedo7 Store or arranged with the Torpedo7 customer service at the buyer's expense. If a repair is required onsite a callout fee may apply.

Commercial warranty covers products being used in a fully commercial gym environment with a use of approx. 8 ? 10 hours per day.

Drive sets - running deck, pulleys, front & rear rollers, tension wheel, handle bar, bottle holder, E-Port plate & cranks.
Wearing Parts:
Safety Clip, Rails and Rollers, Pedals, Pedal Pads, iPod Cables, Elastomer, Fan, Spring, Power Cord, Poly V-Belt, Keypads, Overlays, Foam grips, Decals, Seat Pad and Batteries.
