Shipping & Delivery Policy

We use CourierPost for the majority of our deliveries with the exception of rural delivery addresses and on bulky products. For general item orders received before 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday, our aim is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 3:30pm will likely be dispatched the following business day.

Orders received between 3:30pm Thursday and 3:30pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday but you may not see delivery of them until the following week.

For some of our bulkier products we can't use CourierPost and use a number of different providers depending on the product and your location. Due to the nature of these products please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 days from when we dispatch.

In every case we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number for the delivery company we are using. This will give you full visibility of your orders progress.

Click & Collect general orders when ordered before 3:30pm Monday-Thursday are generally available for store collection within 1-2 days. We will contact you by text, email or phone call when your order is ready to collect. Click & Collect general orders when ordered after 3:30pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day. Click & Collect bulky orders will take 3-5 business days. Dispatch & Shipping Times:

• Overnight delivery for general items when ordered before 3:30pm Monday-Thursday.
• Next business day dispatch for orders placed after 3:30pm or on weekends. Next business day delivery following dispatch for general items, 3-5 business days for rural delivery and/or bulky.
• Click & Collect orders ? Order before 3:30pm Monday-Thursday, pick up in store after 1pm next day. Orders after 3:30pm and on weekends dispatched next business day. View more info on Click & Collect.

• Please note that a number of bikes require specialist assembely, this can sometimes result in a wait time of up to 1-3 weeks.

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

Shipping Dangerous Goods:

• Due to Courier Post being unable to transport dangerous good (e.g Co2 Gas Powered Inflatable Life Jackets), some shipping services can take up to 3-4 days, location dependant.

How much will it cost to send my order?

At Torpedo7 we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won't break the bank. If you are an Over & Above club member you will receive a flat shipping cost of $5.99 on standard items (limited time only). If you aren't a member yet, it's quick, easy and free to join. We also offer FREE click and collect shipping*, order online and pick up in a Torpedo7 store - excludes XL bulky products.

For bulky or oversized products, our shipping charges reflect the true size of the item you are ordering, based on the physical weight and volumetric size of the product. For this reason we have varying rates for different products. Bulky shipping rates apply also apply to XL Click & Collect orders. Please refer to the shipping cost guide below for an estimate, otherwise all shipping costs will be made clear in the shopping cart.
