1. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. What do you charge for shipping small items?
At Torpedo7 we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won’t break the bank. If you are a Torpedo7 club member you will receive a shipping cost of $6.99 on small items (for orders under $119). If you aren’t a member yet, it’s quick, easy and free to join. We also offer FREE click and collect when you choose to order online and pick up in a Torpedo7 store. Click here to see our full shipping policy and pricing.
3. How long will it be before I receive my order?
North Island - expected delivery in 1-2 business days
South Island - expected delivery in 3-4 business days
Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the following week.
For some of our bulkier products we're unable to use CourierPost and use a number of different providers depending on the product and your location. Due to the nature of these products please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 days (North Island) or 5-7 days (South Island) from when we dispatch.
General Click & Collect orders when ordered before 3:30pm Monday - Friday are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. We will contact you by text, email or phone call when your order is ready to collect in store. Click & Collect bulky orders will take 3-5 business days.
Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.
4. Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?
Currently we only ship to New Zealand.
5. Do you do back orders?
Torpedo7 does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
6. Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes with the exclusion of bulky items, but if your order is over $1000.00 it has to be shipped to a Residential or Business address.
7. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Shopping at Torpedo7.com is safe. The Torpedo7.com Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make at Torpedo7.com, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.
8. How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
9. What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at Torpedo7?
