Torpedo7-branded gear is backed by our minimum 12 months warranty, this covers all manufacturing faults and defects - if you have an issue with gear purchased from us, we promise to do all we can to get you back outside as fast as possible.

Currently we only ship within New Zealand.

North Island - expected delivery in 1-2 business days
South Island - expected delivery in 3-4 business days Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the following week.
For some of our bulkier products we're unable to use CourierPost and use a number of different providers depending on the product and your location. Due to the nature of these products please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 days (North Island) or 5-7 days (South Island) from when we dispatch.
Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.
