Currently we only ship within New Zealand.

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes with the exclusion of bulky items, but if your order is over $1000.00 it has to be shipped to a Residential or Business address.

North Island - expected delivery in 1-2 business days

South Island - expected delivery in 3-4 business days Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the following week.

For some of our bulkier products we're unable to use CourierPost and use a number of different providers depending on the product and your location. Due to the nature of these products please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 days (North Island) or 5-7 days (South Island) from when we dispatch.

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

Yes, Afterpay is currently available when shopping in-store.

Afterpay allows you to take home your purchase today, pay in four payments, every 2 weeks. Always interest-free. To find out more about Afterpay visit their website.

Zip allows you to make purchases and take your goods straight away, but pay 25% up-front with the rest charged over 3 fortnightly interest free instalments.

There are no fees and interest costs to shop with Zip if you make your payments on time. If you miss a payment you will be charged an $10 default fee per week it is late (capped at $40 total late fees per purchase).

If you pass Zip's minimum credit criteria you will be allocated a starting spend limit between $300 and $1,000, subject to an individualised credit assessment. As you purchase using Zip and make your repayments on time, your spend limit will increase, up to a maximum of $1500 for those with higher credit scores.

You can sign up when checking out online, at zip.co/nz or through the Zip mobile app. The sign-up process takes 2-3 minutes and you need to be 18 years or older with valid ID and a NZ debit or credit card.

Torpedo7 does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

Home Use Warranty

Frame Warranty: 5 - 10 years (Please see product detail for specific warranty)

Motor: 3 - 5 years (Please see product detail for specific warranty period)

Parts/Labour: 1 Year

The Home Use warranty covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Refer to the Technical Specification of each product for specific warranty periods.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, improper use, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear. Warranties are void if products are used outside (unless otherwise specified in product description).

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Home Use warranty covers products being used in a home environment (single dwelling) with a use of maximum to 2 hours per day.

What is Phishing?

Phishing is the attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and money), often for malicious reasons, by disguising as a trustworthy brand in an electronic communication.

What should I do if I suspect I have received a phishing email?

If you suspect you've received a phishing or malicious email, which says it's from Torpedo7 or uses the Torpedo7 logo - please report it by forwarding the email to info@t7retail.co.nz

A genuine email from Torpedo7 will always come from a domain or sub-domain address such as @torpedo7.co.nz, @emails.torpedo7.co.nz or @torpedo7.com. So if it's not from one of these email addresses, be suspicious.

Please also be aware that some phishing emails attempt to spoof (impersonate) our sending addresses, so they appear to come from torpedo7.co.nz address but are actually sent from a different domain.

Do not click on any links or attachments in suspicious emails. Simply forward the email to info@t7retail.co.nz
