Please present proof of competitor pricing (e.g. mailer, quote, website listing) at your local store for verification and ensure all Price Promise Terms and Conditions are satisfied as outlined below. We will match prices from our website in store upon request; all price match conditions apply.

  • The purchase must take place within 7 days of the lower price having been advertised and must still be available at that price from the competitor.

  • Product must be the same make and model, including being a new-boxed product.

  • Price Promise does not apply to any product(s) redeemed from Torpedo7 in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim or third party redemption scheme.

  • Standard Flybuys points apply.

  • Price Promise applies only to regular, in-stock product offered for sale from a New Zealand retailer. Excludes Workshop, trade quotes, stock liquidations, commercial quantities, clearance and parallel imported products. All New Zealand retailer website product offers will be considered where the product is the same.

  • Price Promise does not include typographical errors.

  • Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any additional Torpedo7 product offers such as bonus product.

  • To be eligible for our Price Promise, you must present either an advertisement, website or an authorised quote card from an eligible competitor in order for us to fulfil the promise. Price Promise applies where the other store's final price, inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges, is lower than our price.

  • The Torpedo7 Store reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price.

  • If your claim qualifies for the Price Promise, the Torpedo7 store will match the price and give you Standard Flybuys.

  • The Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Torpedo7 stores usual terms and conditions of trade.

  • The information you provide the Torpedo7 store will only be used to provide the Price Promise to you or to discuss with you your Price Promise claim.

    • How to redeem online:

    We can now offer our valued customers the Price Promise online. If you would like to claim Price Promise you will need to request this service via our online Live Chat functionality.

    Once the information has been checked and confirmed, our Live Chat team will provide you with a unique voucher code which can be used within the same day to purchase the product online on Torpedo7's website - www.torpedo7.co.nz. The Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Torpedo7's usual terms and conditions of trade.
