- The 10mm Circuband Powerband is great for warm ups and hitting the smaller muscle groups! It's light, easy to use and can be applied to most types of movements from stretching through to strength training
- The 22mm Circuband Powerband is great for all sorts of training. The 22mm version is one of the most popular bands out there because it's light enough to warm up with but provides enough resistance to build muscle. It can be used for stretching, accomodated resistance and a tool for home fitness.
- The 32mm Circuband Powerband is awesome to use as a way to make pull-ups easier, performance based training, post activation potentiation and accomodating resistance when using weights in the gym.
- The 45mm Circuband Powerband can be used to make pull-ups much easier, performance based training, post activation potentiation and accomodating resistance when using weights in the gym.
- The 63mm Circuband Powerband is used primarily for sled pulls, bear crawls and exercises where the the band is used around the hips. It offers a huge amount of resistance and will last a very long time.
