The Iron Power Pro Band Suspension System makes it easy to work out when you want, where you want.

The included Door anchor attaches to virtually any door for a quick and easy setup, removing the Door anchor allows the Pro Band System to attach to anything you can loop Suspension anchor around with a carabiner and Cam Buckle allowing you to create fast and effective total body workouts using only one piece of equipment!

Love using the Pro-Band system! Always wanted one to add to my home gym, and to create fun & exciting exercises to my workouts.. Good quality & very affordable product! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to make their workouts fun & creative.. Very easy to adapt the resistance to suit your ability and so many different exercises available from one piece of equipment! Great for anyone's fitness and strength level..

Great piece of kit which allows me or the kids to get in a workout or just swing about and have fun almost anywhere. I've already got wooden gymnastic rings and these add a whole new dimension for a great price. Favourite features: 1) the loops for your feet as well as the handles 2) the door stopper mount.
