Aftershokz Aeropex Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

I use these mainly for work. I'm no audio connoisseur but I think they sound fantastic, I listen to rock through to heavy metal and they are brilliant. I have lost a small amount of my hearing so using these actually allows me to hear even more than I normally would in music and the added advantage of hearing my surroundings.

They most definitely go loud enough, however if you like bass music, the vibrations are strange, I get vibrations/pulsing from them when very low or deep voices talk (podcasts), can't really comment on other types of music.

Calls are very clear and I don't have to yell, I can just speak normally and it's carrying across to the other caller perfectly.

The +- volume buttons are right beside each other but even with gloves on I can adjust it easily. Adjusting these while audio is playing will naturally adjust the volume, while nothing is playing it will give you battery levels.
I have these powered on for 9 hours non stop playing music and answering a couple of calls a day and the battery will be in the 40% range. Dropping to 60% is happening within a few hours but between that and 40% seems a few hours too. So from 40% and charging for 30ish minutes it lasted till powering off about 8.5 hours. That's impressive!!
The pause/play/home button is easily tapped and a very convenient location.

At this point I only have one con: the size of them, the hoop at the back extends a bit far I think. For ladies we have no problem as we can accessorise by tying our hair back and hooping it to sit on the ponytail or clip it to the back of our head (fellas I guess you could use a clip too heh). I found with my work polo shirts that have a loose collar that the hoop got caught under it, therefore my head got stuck. I'm not sure if shortening it would be a solution, could be that it would just get stuck on the shirts anyway. If you have office suit type collars that are tight against the shirt then I guess it couldn't get stuck under it.

Don’t compare these to standard headphones, the’re not bad but will never measure up. When I put them on for a bike ride they came to life. Enough volume and base for riding without being distracting. Could hear traffic and talk to my mates. Fit well with a helmet and so light you don’t even notice them.
Sound quality and fit is far better than previous models so spend the extra and get these, you won’t regret it.
Only slight issue is the volume controls are small and get a bit of getting used to.
