ROM THE BIKE PARK TO ENDURO TRACKS TO STEEP SINGLETRACK SHREDDING, THIS ALL-MOUNTAIN BRUISER HAS SWAGGER TO SPARE. THE LIGHTWEIGHT, SUPER-STIFF ALUMINUM FRAME IS LONG AND LOW, AND ITS MAESTRO SUSPENSION HELPS YOU FLOAT THROUGH THE ROUGH STUFF.

Built on an ALUXX SL aluminum frameset that’s designed to optimize its 27.5 wheels, Reign gives you the capabilities and the confidence to push your limits on aggressive terrain. Its trunnion-mount Maestro rear suspension system offers 160mm of smooth, active travel and features a lighter, stiffer Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm. Updated geometry with a longer cockpit, a tapered OverDrive steerer tube design, and air or coil shock-compatible mounts are all aimed at maximizing control—especially at speed and on rowdy terrain.

KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS

27.5 AGILITY AND CONTROL
27.5-inch wheels balance agility and control, giving you the ability to roll over rugged terrain, flick the bike at speed, change lines, and explode out of corners.

LATEST SUSPENSION TECH
Updated Maestro rear suspension features a trunnion mount shock with a longer stroke and smoother feel. With 160mm of travel, it has the new Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm for increased stiffness and strength plus lower overall frame weight.

ENDURO GEOMETRY
The lightweight and stiff Advanced-grade composite frameset features updated enduro-style geometry, so you can ride aggressive descents and rail corners with confidence.

  • Weight The most accurate way to determine any bike’s weight is to have your local dealer weigh it for you. All Giant bikes are designed for best-in-class weight and ride quality.

  • Good riding
Great bike. Insane value for money. I paid 3200 for mine so gutting to see it for 2900 now. Was tossing up between this and the trance with climbing ability a big factor. This thing climbs amazingly and destroys the downhills, can't wait till next season when the mountain opens up. The componentry on it isn't bog standard but isn't top of the line either and the price reflects this obviously, however what is on there is still darn good. Brakes do need a good bedding in but I think that's normal. Only downside to buying this bike was being stuffed around by T7 and having to chase up and wait nearly 2 weeks to get it.

  • Amazing bike.
I got this bike as a gift from my friend on my birthday. At first, I thought a bike costing $5,000 was crazy. But as I started using it to get to work, I instantly fell in love with it. Sure, a $500 bike could probably achieve the same results in terms of transporting me from point A to point B. However I believe that the journey is also important. This bike is so comfortable, and I look forward to going to work every morning just to experience it again. I would recommend this bike to anyone who understands the value of comfort.
