Rates and Fees

Interest Charges

Minimum monthly payments are required but you won't be charged interest if you pay off your purchase before the expiry of the interest free period. Prevailing interest rate applies to any outstanding balance on the expiry of the interest free period.

Establishment Fee

A one-off establishment fee of $55 is charged when you open your Purple Visa Card Account. You will see the establishment fee charge on your first statement. Establishment fee is not charged during a Deferred Payment Plan but will be charged if you have other Transactions on your account that are not related to a Deferred Payment Plan.

Annual Account Fee

A fee of $55 is charged at the anniversary of your Purple Visa Card account and is for maintaining the account for the previous 12 months. It is then charged each subsequent year the account remains open.

Got it yesterday very easy to install, had to drill a hole in seat tube (as planned) to run the cable. Oh my seat post is 31.6 so I bought a shim for it. It works well as expected from big brand Giant with the very affordable price but you'll need to get about 1.5mtr of the cable housing (around $10).

My first dropper post - so far so good!

I bought one of these and had it installed by the T7 crew recently. It's my first dropper, so I didn't want to spend crazy money, but I have to say, this has been the best purchase for my bike, hands down!
Works well, looks good, transforms the way I ride off-road and on.
10/10 so far...

Had the 100 mm version of it. Lasted a good year and a half but it decided to stop working and the part where the seat is connected to would move side to side. Although it did give a work out it was very uncomfortable to ride with having to stand a lot of the time. Took it in to get fixed and was told they couldn’t do anything.

150mm dropper good size for 180cm

I was pleased to select the 150mm on my L frame bike. This was the correct travel for my height. The control is QuickTime responsive with minimal delay in adjustment on the go.
This was installed by the mechanic as I wanted to avoid the issues that other reviewers have encountered with purchsing additional items. I just picked up the bike and rode...too easy!!
