Can you tell the difference between 15psi and 17psi? No you can't. We can't either, but Blackburn's digital gauge can.
Today's wider, lower pressure tires are more pressure-critical than back when we just used to put as much pressure in as the pump could stand. It's not about fending off flats these days, it's about grip. And the difference between too much and not enough can be as little as a couple of pounds of pressure. The days of 'giving it a squeeze' are over.
I found the head to work quite well but found I had to turn off and on again each time I let air out to get a new pressure reading which I found frustrating. Unfortunately only got to use a few times before it was stolen with my pack. Pressures ran about 4-5psi off my Joe Blo pump gauge but were consistent (can't remember if higher or lower, higher I think).

Easy to use and accurate
More accurate than my floor pump's gauge, especially for the lower pressures from 20-30psi that come with running larger volume rubber on 650B wheels.
Swivel head works well for getting the gauge to seal onto the valve to take a reading.
Display reads to one decimal place in PSI mode. Display could be a bit brighter, but it's reasonably easy to read as is. Runs off 2 x large watch cells (CR2032).
