Not convinced about the seal method

I will not be using this hydration pack as I was expecting what I regard to be the regular screw plug type seal. The zip lock looks more fiddly and so I am returning it. Wasn't very clear in the on-line product description unless I'm mistaken.
I am so happy that T7 are allowing me to return it and I see that as a great reason to continue to shop using the brand. I have told others I know about my experience so this can only be a good thing. Well done T7 and thank you.
