Meta-Rocker:

Meta-Rocker midsole geometry, specifically engineered with a low heel-toe differential and a sculpted outsole radius in the heel and toe, creates a unique fulcrum effect and encourages a guided foot gait cycle.

Active Foot Frame:

Uniquely engineered Active Foot Frame midsole geometry allows the foot to sink deeply into the shoe’s midsole.

  • comfortable and light weight shoes
I'm run marathons, and I used these shoes as part of my shoe rotations.

They are really comfortable and amazingly light shoes. I could run over rocks and wood without being careful where i trend; I hate hurting my tired feet. It has good grip and it does not feel bulky like some trail shoes.

I would recommend going down 1/2 size, If you're running less than 20km, don't have a wide feet, and don't run in hot weather. Alternative you can wear thicker socks.

Loving these shoes. Took a couple of runs to break in but feel great now. Very good on trail and road . Good grip on crossing streams on rocks.
