  • Unbelievable Service and Incredible Bike
    My spin bike of 8 years which I used every day, died 2 days into lockdown. I looked for a replacement, starting with second hand options, but nothing felt right. What I really wanted was a magnetic spin bike, and felt as I used it every day, I could afford to treat myself to something more substantial... after a lot of researching, I came upon this beauty.... I didn’t get a chance to trial it, but as I was familiar with a spin bike I didn’t feel the need, so I took the plunge, using the click & collect option. The day I received my email to say it was ready to collect, I was so excited waiting for this day, but fate stepped in, and I was unable to collect due my husband being involved in a car accident. I called Torpedo 7, to see if I could arrange to have it delivered to me, briefly explaining what had happened, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, even coming to the party with the delivery cost!... 2 days later my bike arrived, and OMG its amazing, I mean truly amazing....a silent and deadly killer of a workout.... a million times better than my old spin bike... it’s only 24hours since it arrived and I’ve enjoyed 2 awesome workouts... the construction looks and feels like a commercial bike, I can’t recommend this enough... thanks so much Torpedo 7.... I will never forget your compassion and customer experience ??

If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with a store credit or a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price. You can return the product to any of our stores nationwide, or send it back to our Head Office. With our 30-day right of return policy there are no special catches it's extremely simple! All we ask is that you return the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in, tags still intact. The only exceptions to our returns policy are: watches, underwear, socks, ear plugs, compression clothing, padded bike shorts and swimwear which we cannot accept back due to hygiene reasons.Torpedo7 Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable.
