Many different exercises are possible with slam balls, however, one of the most popular plyometric exercises is a ball slam.
The performance of this exercise involves raising onto the balls of your feet and then slamming the slam ball onto the ground in front of you forcefully from an overhead position. This exercise relies on explosive muscle power to generate this quick movement.
