Happy families

I was very happy with the trampoline, once assembled. The instructions were very basic and short on detail but got it together in the end.
However I was disappointed with the service from Torpedo 7 throughout the online purchase process. I was promised a Tracking email 3 times when I called to find its whereabouts and each time the email never arrived. I was then told I needed an invoice to collect the Tramp and it would be emailed to me shortly but again it never arrived. It turns out I just needed the order confirmation.

Great trampoline

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. One of the springs was defective so i contacted the customer service team and they couriered me one within a week. The tramp is amazing. Highly recommend

Missing Part

Very disappointed the trampoline was missing one of the sleeves that go onto one of the up rights that hold the net, foam is now exposed.

Pretty good

Great bounce to this tramp, the kids are loving it. Only issue I had while putting it together was the poles that hold the net up. Where the fiberglass rods sit in the top of the poles, the pieces have bent in meaning the net will come down every so often. Will need to put duct tape over to keep it together.

Unfortunately Torpedo7 does not support their trampolines.

I have been waiting for over 6 months for a replacement 12-foot safety net to come in stock, and after several phone calls and "estimates" of how long it will be, I simply don't believe it will happen. Also I just tried to buy replacement fibreglass poles for the top of the safety net, and these are also out of stock.
There are other brands with much better support.

Nice and Sturdy

Not too difficult to put together, 2 of us managed it in an evening. Tramp is nice and sturdy and the netting is nice and tight and safe.

Bouncy

The trampoline was easy enough to assemble but took much longer than the suggested time. WE couldn't screw one of the legs on as the hole was drilled in the wrong place, but otherwise seems good quality and much better bounce than the one we sent back to Farmers.

Good size, Easy to Assemble

Big Bounce was recommended by my daughter's friend's mum. And so far we've found it amazing. It's sturdy and has a good bounce, much better than the spring free ones that we tried. Assembly took a decent amount of work but watching the YouTube videos made it very easy. We have heard all the horror stories about putting trampolines up but the videos really made it so much easier. The instruction manual wasn't too helpful though so definitely need to watch the videos.

Great trampoline to dig in!

Really chuffed with this, I wanted to dig a trampoline in to the ground and the design of the legs of this one allows for the height extension bars to just be left out. All that needs to be done then is dig a 12ft, 2ft deep hole!

Its really well made and the safety net pulls nice and tight once you've gone all the way round. You definitely need 2 people to put it together but simple enough.

My 3 year old is loving this, the 12ft one gives enough room for them to run around on it and for a few smaller kids to play at the same time without being ontop of each other.

We are very happy with our Tramp. Very easy to put up with the help of You tube Video.
Highly recommend this company. We did have a piece missing on arrival ( box was broken so could have fallen out) we phoned and they sent the missing piece to questions aksed. Really good customer service.

Fantastic tra and great quality. We initially brought a warehouse one only to find 2 poles were faulty so upgraded to the big bounce and couldnâ€™t be happier. Easy to put up and the weight limit means there is no problem with me on it with the kids.

Weâ€™ve previously had a Big Bounce trampoline and have just bought a new 12ft. Weâ€™ve done quite a bit of research and most importantly the kids reckon that these are the bounciest!!

Bought after reading the reviews as our last tramp from another store fell apart within 2 years. The reviews say it all, bought 5 days before Xmas and arrived within 3 days, the YouTube video of how to put it up helped so much and only took a couple of hours. And the bounce is awesome. Absolutely love this tramp and our boy and friends on our street have already had hours of play on it. Definitely an A++++ from our family

I purchased this Trampoline for the Grandchildren for Christmas. It arrived well before Christmas - everything that had been advertised was in the boxes. Very easy to assemble.

With 7 children and coming from a family of 7 myself, we have owned a few trampolines over the years and have purchased our share of low bounce duds!

The big bounce trampoline is the absolute best trampoline we have ever owned, it was so simple to build then the one we use to have from kmart
and t he bounce in it is so cool and extreme and kids are so happy with it. The net it has is so strong and strudy and I can see it not tearing like the last one and best of all it was actually quite quick delivery considering the Xmas period etc,
I totally recommend these tramps to everyone , I wish I had spent the money earlier and brought one instead of always going the cheap and nasty opition cause I can tell this one will last the distance for sure!

Thank you for our 12f Big Bounce Trampoline! We ordered it online, and asked for it to be delivered to a rural address, it was prompt delivery and well packaged product.

The trampoline was easy to put together thanks to the step-by-step YouTube video. Our little girl, my husband and I have all had a go and love it! Good, healthy way to burn energy and get fit!

Hi, I can't write a review yet re the trampoline as it is a Christmas present for the two grandchildren both boys who I am sure are going to enjoy the surprise on Christmas morning. But I can write about the service that No 1 fitness has and it is excellent. order taken and delivered very quickly and door to door very impressed. We recently purchased a 12ft big bounce online and within a few short days it was delivered to our doorstep. We heard a lot of good things about these trampolines so decided to get one for the boys for Christmas, our son has been on it every day and the quality is really good. My husband and I have even been bouncing on it. All of the parts were in the boxes and didnâ€™t have any problems with putting it up. Would definitely suggest it to friends and family. This is the second time we buy a trampoline from Big Bounce and we would do it again. We are only replacing the first one because after 7 years and 4 moves we are leaving it at the old house for the new people to play with it as my boys have grown bigger and we ordered a bigger one now. Would highly recommend it, its durable, strong and easy to assemble, was delivered promptly and is waiting for Santa to assemble it.

Awesome Trampoline, Kids love it.
I'm a big guy, 120+ kegs i feel safe as houses on it.
Haven't suss'd landing the back flip yet but working on it.
Easy assembly even after a 6 Cody's nailed it an a hour and a half, could of been a hour if I watch the youtube video before i started putting it together, had to back track a couple of steps.
