Product Details
The derailleur’s strong return spring allows for smoother and more precise shifting and reduces the chances of chain drop and slapping.
Benefits:
- Shadow-type design features a lower-profile body and bracket with direct cable routing and a stabilizer switch to avoid obstacle contact and minimize chain slap
- Wide link parallelogram design increases rigidity for excellent, responsive shifting performance; stronger return spring ensures fast, snappy shifts
- Lightweight aluminium construction; coated link pivot bushings minimize friction for fast, responsive movement
- Shimano XT RD-M786 SGS 10-Speed rear derailleur handles a minimum cassette cog size of 11T and maximum cassette cog size of 36T
- SGS (Long Cage) is suitable for use with 1 x 10, 2 x 10 & 3 x 10 Speed set-ups
- Compatible with Shimano Dyna-Sys HG-X 10-speed mountain cassettes and chains
