I am a new bicycle user, My goal is to experience riding a bicycle on a flat metaled surface. And upgrade later to a more expensive bicycle, if I really like. The staff at Sylvia Park are very experienced and helpful. They never tried to oversell. Been using this model for the past six weeks @ 15km a day ride. Noticed a little squeaking noise, hope this can be fixed during my first free service. If you are a first time user, want to experience and price conscious and riding the bike on a metaled surface - try this product. Wish Torpedo7 provide a spanner/tool for taking/attaching the front wheel - else I would have given FIVE STARS.

Cheap bike will cost it self quickly
Tired wire out in about 4 to 5 months not that much riding either. Replaced deralier as it kept bending and failed to change the years suspension lock never worked and front wheel wobbles. Don't worry this bike will turn heads when you bike past as it makes so much noise. Ultimately dissapointed with this bike I just wanted one for biking around the city

Product is good for regular use with-in city
Overall product is good, light in weight, smooth in ride but make some noise in one of the combination of gears. Went to store with same complaint but lady executive told me this is as expected.
Not sure its a product issue or a real behavior for gears bikes.
