Product Details

The Torpedo7 Routeburn Boot delivers outstanding comfort on and off the beaten track. With the combination of suede and polyester materials, we’ve designed an upper that is quick drying and reinforced with a waterproof and breathable Tepor Lining. This helps to draw moisture away from your feet, keeping them dry, warm and comfortable.

Added support and durability is assured by the mid height lacing system, lower calf cuff, while the wide toe rand protects the boot and your toes from boulders, roots and debris. Rocks, mud and grit are no match for the Virbram Grivola outer sole.

Features:
  • Liner: Tepor Dry – excellent protection against water and remains breathable
  • Upper: Water-repellent suede and polyester
  • Foot bed: Antibacterial Felt
  • Strobel construction
  • Outsole: Vibram Grivola sole features well-spaced lugs for great traction and durability
  • Toe box: Regular to wide fitting
  • Water-repellent Polyester tongue
  • Durable toe rand prevents abrasions caused by debris and rocks
  • Solid lacing eyelets for secure fit
  • Low calf for better flexibility and mobility

  • Great value
Bought recently and have ventured up and down steep hill country farmland. Very wet underfoot at present, Boots have excellent grip(especially downhill) and high level of comfort.
I have a fairly narrow foot, and find these the fit perfect, so agree with previous reviewer that sizing probably won't suit wide foot.
These Routeburn Boots are also nice and light, yet provide sturdy & stable grip of the ground on the steep stuff.
I highly recommend them, especially at the sale price!

  • Great value boot for tramping
I bought a pair of these for tramping several times a year.
tested them on a 3 day tramp in the Kawekas, over groomed tracks, open tops following a poled route & some bush-bashing.
Sizing is good, but slightly narrow, more suited to a European foot - I wouldn't recommend these to someone with a very wide foot. Being leather these should stretch with a bit more use for me.
Grip is good, lacing is good, ankle support is good.

  • Great Value Boot
Bought for one of the teenagers in the house who won't stop growing, Having looked at multiple options, some of which were eye-wateringly expensive, we saw these on a 24hr sale and grabbed them,
They arrived the next day and were packed and in the car an hour later for a trip across Tongariro.
First trip consisted of 8 hours on the feet and no issues at all.
Fit and comfort are fantastic according to stretch and he is very happy.
