    Was considering buying a Thule or Yakima but settled for the T7 instead. Very happy with my purchase, this is a well built product with quality components. Take your time to find the best configuration for your bikes before first use and you won’t be disappointed. The tilting is also performing very well and give access to the boot.

  • Good Ebikes racks.
    Used the racks first time yesterday with our 2 Ebikes , good solid racks with rear lights that give me a peace of mind. Easy to install and for half the price of the other brands. I do recommended this Torpedo7 bike racks.

  • Very good value
    First impressions are a well designed and made rack. Only negative for me is that the arm that clamps to the bike is about 15mm too short and the large diameter downtube on my MeloYelo just touches the rack upright. However a piece of close cell foam inserted between frame and rack overcomes this. It would be great if they made a single bike rack for us solo cyclists; less unneeded real estate sticking out the back.

    Overall good solution for carrying 2 ebikes.

    Positives:
    - Rock solid when attached to car
    - good price

    Couple of minor niggles:
    - when lowering the bikes down for boot access, they stick in position and require a bit of force to remove
    - plug wiring needed tweaking to get the lights working properly

    I found the rack to be a high quality build, with good features. It's at least as good as much more expensive European brands. Assembly was simple.

    A couple of small niggles: 1) The requirement for a 50mm towball and the anti-swing feature of the connection means I need to swap it over when using a regular trailer. Not a biggie though as this is not frequent and easy to do and; 2) The gap between the individual sets of wheel trays could be a fraction longer to better accommodate the latest generation of 29mm e-bikes.

  • Good rack
    Well made rack and easy to assemble. The instructions are clear and straightforward to follow. Easily carries our two e-bikes, although I had to experiment with positions so the bar clamps could overlap. Only downside is the necessity of the tow ball plate. With this in place, I cannot use my trailer.

  • Solves carrying two e-mtbs at half the price
    Recently purchased the Volt 2 -e-bike tow ball platform carrier. Delighted with the quality and securing system, plus the ability to tilt the carrier to allow easy access to the boot. All this at half the price of a similar well-known international Brand platform carrier.
    Next purchase is a Torpedo 7 loading ramp to make loading an e-mtb even easier.

  • Damaged my bike
    My ebike was damaged due to the pedals on the other bike being able to move. The front of the carrier is also scratched. If you have to buy it then make sure you secure the pedals so they don’t move. It would have been nice to have better instructions that recommended that since I’m a first time bike rack user. Not happy now my bike is damaged when it could have been avoided.

  • Works so well
    We were a bit dubious having two heavy e bikes on a rack but you dont even know its on the vehicle and travels so well. The rack fits onto the towball easily and just needs the extra bracket fitted once. Bikes sit firmly and can be locked on. Unlike dearer brands there is adequate room between the bikes. We would recommend this product to others.

  • Great rack
    Bought this rack s week ago and it was easy to assemble, with very little do to apart from fit the light bar. There is a bracket to fit to the tow bar and getting the tow-ball off was the hardest part. It’s attachment to the towball is a step up from our old Thule rack. It’s not coming off. Its lockable as well. Bike fit easily and the are not moving at all. The clamp is also lockable. Ordered a supplementary plate for the light bar and now have done 900km with bikes on the back and perfectly happy
