The 2 lower attachment straps can be removed, the packsack is length-adjustable and can be attached to bikes with rear suspension. Other attachment straps are connected with rubberized bands to the top tube. This product is made with Eco Finish, an eco-friendly, fluorocarbon-free, water-repellent finish (PFC-free).
