At Torpedo7, we live and breathe outdoor sports. We are a full-service bike retailer, and we offer a huge range of bike brands, components and accessories, along with fully equipped bike workshops and experienced mechanics.

Our team of professional, fully qualified bike mechanics are as passionate about getting out there as you are. We have been specially trained to assist and evaluate your specific needs. Even if you’re brand new to biking or a seasoned trail master, you’ll receive exactly what you need from our friendly team.

Whether it’s a quick flat tyre fix or comprehensive service of your entire bike, we’ve got you covered. We can also service your E-Bike.

New Bike Plans:

When you purchase a new bike in-store or online with Torpedo7 you are entitled to add a two-year Bike Service Plan to your purchase at a great discount. New Bike Plans are able to be purchased within four weeks of your initial bike purchase only. Your plan will include two services, which can be used during the first two years of your bike ownership. Each plan is linked to the serial number of your bike and cannot be transferred to another person/bike. Bookings are essential, parts are excluded and any custom services will be charged at an hourly rate.

Service Plan Cancellation Policy: If you change your mind within 10 days of buying the Service Plan (and you haven't used up any services within your Plan), you are entitled to a full refund of your Service Plan investment.

Terms & Conditions:
Safety check includes a basic check of headset, brake pads, chain wear, tyres and loose cables. It does not include any work/parts required outside of the standard safety check. This offer is available on all bikes you may own. Bike safety checks are available Monday to Friday (not available during weekends) and must be booked in to the Torpedo7 Bike Workshop. Bike Safety check availability and turn around times will be dependent on individual store bike workshops.
