Click & Collect

Small - Items that are less than 15kg, under 1.5M long, and not too bulky - like clothing, shoes, bike parts and small tents.

Medium - Items that are less than 25kg, under 1.5M long, like some kids bikes, some fitness equipment, medium size tents, inflatable SUPs.

Large - Items that weigh more than 25kg, or are over 1.5M long, like surf boards, skis, large tents, adult bikes, trampolines, single seat kayaks.

Extra large - Extremely large or heavy items, like some treadmills, large home gyms, 2-seat kayaks. Note Click & Collect is not available on some extremely large items (including trampolines and treadmills). 

How Click & Collect works Click & Collect is available in selected stores. It allows you to order on the Torpedo7 website, and pick up from a Torpedo7 store that offers Click & Collect

Your nominated store will hold onto your order for 14 days from the date of collection confirmation. If you are unable to collect your product within 14 days we will either arrange a home delivery for your order at your cost, subject to our normal delivery fees, and you authorise us to debit your payment method for this delivery charge, or we will cancel and refund your order.

At times of high click and collect demand, your order may be relocated to a central hub for collection

Picking up your purchase in store
You'll need a copy of your order reference and photo ID to be able to collect your order. The ID of the person collecting the bike must match the name on the order confirmation.

Please note that bikes may require build time if click and collected. If building is required it may take up to 5 days at present. You must provide photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation email when collecting your bike. The ID of the person collecting the bike must match the name on the order confirmation.

How long will my Click & Collect take to be ready to pick up?
Due to a system upgrade there will be a delay in order processing. We will work as quickly as possible to get your order to you. Thanks for your patience! We will contact you by text, email or phone call when your order is ready to collect.
