Free Click & Collect and delivery applies to most Small sized items - outlined in 'Shipping Categories' below. Very heavy small items, medium, large and extra large items are excluded. For information regarding shipping sizes, see below.
Shipping categories
Small: Items that are light, under 1.5M long, and not too bulky – like clothing, shoes, bike parts and small tents. Particularly heavy items may incur a charge per item.
Medium: Items that are less than 25kg, under 1.5M long, like some kids bikes, some fitness equipment, medium size tents, inflatable SUPs.
Large: Items that weigh more than 25kg, or are over 1.5M long, like surf boards, skis, large tents, adult bikes, trampolines, single seat kayaks.
Extra Large: Extremely large or heavy items, like some treadmills, large home gyms, 2-seat kayaks.
Click and Collect
Click & Collect is currently only available for items which are already in stock in your preferred collection store.
