Torpedo7 20th Birthday Promotion (“Promotion”)
Promotion Details
The Promoter is Torpedo7 Limited (“Torpedo7”, “Promoter”). The promotion commences on 20 February 2024 at 6pm and closes 5 March 2024 at 6pm (“Promotional Period”). This promotion is open to Torpedo7 Club Members only who reside in New Zealand and applies to purchases made at Torpedo7 stores or online at torpedo7.co.nz during the Promotional Period. The Promotion is not open to employees and their immediate families of The Warehouse Group Limited and its associated subsidiaries and entities.
Method of Entry
During the Promotional Period, Torpedo7 Club Members will be entered into the prize draw each time they spend a minimum of $200 in any one transaction and have, and use, a valid Torpedo7 Club Member account (“valid purchase”). One entry only will be made into the prize draw each time a valid purchase is made instore or online. Number of entries is not based on total spend in a transaction. You may enter as many times as you like during the promotional period provided each entry is a separate valid purchase.
Prizes
Prizes consist of the following packs (“Prizes”), with a total prize pool value of over $20,000. Prizes are:
- 1st prize: Family Pack worth $6,436
- 2nd prize: Water pack worth $3,640
- 3rd prize: Outdoor pack worth $3,159
- 4th prize: Fitness pack worth $2,899
- 5th – 7th prizes: 3 x Bike packs, each worth $1,323.
Winner(s)
The winners will be determined by a draw:
7 winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the promotional period on Wednesday, 13th March 2024. The order winners are drawn will be the order the prize packs are allotted.
The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the details listed on the Torpedo7 Club Membership database. Entrants must ensure that their relevant details on their Torpedo7 Club Membership account are correct.
In the event a winner cannot be contacted, (that is, cannot be reached by telephone and/or does not respond to email) within 1 week of the prize draw, a winner will be redrawn on the same terms as the original draw.
By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to his or her name, region and photo being used for such publicity purposes as reasonably determined by Torpedo7. The winner agrees to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose, without compensation.
If a winner is under the age of 18 the Prize may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be awarded to the winner’s legal parent or guardian.
Exclusions and Liability
Torpedo7 will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems. The Promoter and their related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning any prize, or availing themselves of any prize, except as required by law. The Promoter is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and consent to the use of their information as described above.
General Terms and Conditions
By entering into this promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have complied with all of your obligations under the Torpedo7 Club terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to deem that your entry is void should you fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry. The Promoter’s decision is final.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
