Torpedo7 Layby Policy
At Torpedo7 we know that sometimes you may need time to pay off your order. Because of this we offer a free Layby service in store which allows you to fully pay for your goods over time, within up to 8 weeks. Simply head in to one of our Torpedo7 stores around New Zealand and ask one of the crew to help you out. They will securely store the product(s) as you pay off the order at your own pace.
Term's & Conditions
- Minimum 20% deposit
- Laybys must be fully paid off and collected within 8 weeks
- A restocking fee of 20% will be taken for all laybys cancelled after 4 weeks
- Laybys are only available on purchases made in store and are not available on online orders
Holds
We also allow you to place items on hold in store if you need time to make a decision. Goods may be reserved in store for up to 24hrs. If you do not collect the items within 24hrs the goods will be returned to the shop floor.
